Principle designer Paul Shepherd has had a long passion for innovative design and a desire to provide high quality documentation that is easily interpreted by certifiers, clients and trade professionals.

Our past projects have included Luxury Clifftop multi million dollar Renovations, Luxury New Homes, Modest New Homes and Renovations, Granny Flats, Carports, School Classrooms and Hall, Commercial Gymnasium, YMCA Camps, Medical Centers, Rest Homes, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Residential Projects in Nagano Japan and a Sporting Complex in the USA.

From luxury new homes or simple additions we have always enjoyed working on a variety of projects and provide a top quality building design service backed up with documentation prepared with a personal attention to detail.

We enjoy using a variety of materials and details to suit different locations and expectations rather than just doing what everyone else is doing - your home should be as individula as you are, although if you require a standard design we are happy to prepare this for you.
